Pros

for running or sneekers use with big front toe padded thorlo sports socks seems best combo.

Makes hard soled shoes much more comfortable without a lot of bulk. Just a little padding so my heel and the ball of my foot don't bruise. I wear them in sneakers (tied sneakers) and find them very comfy!

Cons

Gels are nice, but can't use them. I wear a 9 and the toe end barely reached the ball of my foot. There is no arch support -- what's the point? The 3/4 insert shifted as i was wearing the shoes, so they need to be adjusted during the day.

Plus i have very very low arches and the only thing i can say is that these probably will not be good support for people with high arches
