The adapter doesn't fit a standard headphone plug properly. The jack is two prong but one prong is shorter than the other so a jack like this where the prongs are the same size won't fit. Did not need it in an ana flight usa to china.

But im not quite sure why just the input hole is a little small so you have to force in your earphone jack a little harder

Used it for a few times 5 times no sign of wear or injuries on my earphone jack so it shouldnt be a big deal but that 1 star is dropped because of that
