The inflator device features two ends, one for inflating and one for deflating. It provides great support for my ankle and instep. The bladder varies on each one in terms of reliability.

I have a nagging heel injury, and my podiatrist recommended this product. I am not sure my ruptured tendon will heal completely without surgery but this is sure worth a try! July, 2019 update.

This feels like something you would buy at dollar general it's so cheaply and poorly made. A gigantic waste of $50. It needs at least another inch, preferably 2 minimum.

Without it, this brace is no different than a cheap stirrup brace. The heel strap is just stupidly small lol. This posterior tibial tendinitis is not for sissies.

The defective product is not eligible for returns. Emailed djo customer service about warranty and have gotten no reply.
