Pros
Wicking filter uses evaporative action to provide natural humidification. Kenmore version of the humidifier is identical to essick air humidifier. Great customer service.
One thing i really appreciate about this filter is how long it lasts. Leave for a couple of hours flipping once or twice. Run enough water to cover filter folded in half.
Cons
This wicking filter only lasts about 2 weeks before needing changed. Mineral deposits clog this wick in about a week, to the point that it stops working. Time for a new humidifier.

I messaged the seller and received a response nearly immediately refunding my money and telling me to keep the single wick that was delivered and reorder the 3 pack

We have hard water herereno so they get funky pretty quick

We dont have hard water but even so the wick doesnt last very long about three months
