Pros
The only negatives are that they are made of thin aluminum which tends to flex when you screw it in.
Cons
The vent grills are ultra thin and bend extremely easy. Horrible product and even worse packaging (sticker) these vents are flimsy.

Since it hanged a bit below the beam i bent the bottom slightly back

Suggestion to buyer just leave them on and install them the way they come theyll still work its just not worth the trouble to get them off

It also has a slick finish so some of the paint came off when the screw heads came into contact with it this is not a fault of the product they are not intended to be painted i did not rough them up before painting
