This wobble cushion is incredible. The most comfort i feel these days is on this cushion or sitting on a balance ball, also known as a yoga ball. It takes a few weeks of gradual sitting on to build up to all day.
Wobble cushion is a great way to help students stay focused. It helps with delaying the effects of distractions for a short period of time. The wobble cushion can also be used as a distraction tool.
This item was suggested to us by our family chiropractor. I have sciatica and they allow me to sit more than 30 minutes without pain. Purchased on recommendation of elderly-person’s in-home physical therapist.

There have been a few times where i have filled my cushion up a little too much which created bumps that were easily removed after letting a bit of air out

I wouldnt recommend sitting on this cushion because the surface isnt smooth and its a bit uncomfortable
