Powerful suction and not too loud. A little noisier than expected for a small washroom. If the fan is decades old or the original build was low-end builder spec, this one will be a noticeable improvement.

Cons

Would be easy in new home construction before drywall but with drywall, what a pain this clipping system is. Problem is the exhaust spout means you have to cut a hole in the ceiling larger than the plastic cover.
