Pros

Metal casing and mounting brackets have a few sharp edges, but otherwise very pleased with the build quality. Easy to install with good directions.

Fan is fairly quiet at 4 sones and moves plenty of air at 70 cubic feet per minute. Fan comes on automatically to cool down the fixture if you are using the lights and not the fan. Fan is louder than expected.

Cons

New made in china blower is just as bad as the old one. Gives zero credence to the advertised 3.
