This unit is much smaller than i thought it would be which is a huge plus

It does need to be put somewhere unobstructed but it wont draw attention to itself apart from a small blue light which shows you at a glance that its working

It heats up enough to make a pet or child stop touching it but not enough to burn them in any way

Instead theres a heating element inside which causes a ceramic piece to get to around 200°c

Convection draws cooler air up through the unit where the heated ceramic kills mould spores virus and any other microscopic bugs in the air

As the unit relies on warm air rising its totally silent with no fan running

That said if your house is really damp for the same price youd maybe best getting a dehumidifier and tackling the problem at source
