Pros

Heavy in box or heavy/awkward flipping it over during assembly - not a major issue. Solid, electronics work flawlessly. The desk is solid and sturdy.

Bare frame, made a birch top, matches the rest of my office. Works well, lowers and rises fast. I sometimes have a full mug of coffee on it while it moves and have had no spills.

The only complaint is the alignment of two bolts. During assembly all parts fit together properly indicating attention to tight manufacturing tolerance. Easy to assemble even in a limited space.

This frame has two motors that perform effortlessly and quietly. Operation is quiet and due to the 2 motors, even and strong. It blends into the areas and works well.

A 6ft section of laminate countertop or butcher block countertop. It lifts my 27 inch monitor and 24 inch monitor on a laptop stand just fine. My desktop is 8 foot wide by 2 feet 1 inch deep.

If you dont have a desk you love table tops are inexpensive

They were quick to respond and worked with me to exchange the white for the black

I contacted customer service and while they didnt have any legs they could send me they did give a 50 refund for the desk

I then contacted the customer service and they quickly replied and helped diagnose the problem

After sending in a few photos and a video of the issue they shipped a new control box

Tightly packaged product with good protective materials

Everything was well packaged and didnt have any shipping related defects

The box was smaller than i expected but heavier than i expected

Competitiveness

They have friends who bought two other desks at more than twice the price and say these are every bit as good

I got the more heavy duty version versus cheaper brands because i didnt want to end up with a dud

The hardware is almost identical to a monoprice desk i have in another office
