Pros

Coffee knock box is the prefect accessory for my brand new espresso maker. I like that this is very quiet, that it doesn't move around on my countertop, and that it looks aesthetically pleasing. This works perfectly to knock out the coffee.

The knocking bar and bucket are very sturdy. Though it's plastic, it's sturdy plastic. This is durable. The knock bar is made of a thick silicone, to minimize noise.

The ability to beat on it with your tamper to get out the pucks of coffee can't be underestimated on this. Just a few bumps and the puck drops into the bucket. Padded on the knock bar and base with rubber, it’s quieter than most too.

The rod is removable making it super easy to clean. Easy to clean as the knock-bar can easily be removed with a phillips head screwdriver. We both hand wash and dishwasher clean it.

Cons

Tried tightening daily, adding loctite to the screws. Instead the bar is square in the middle. The puck ends up on the bar.
