Pros
Make sure not to tighten all of the screws initially, align it first. Use the wrench and the screwdriver to tighten. Everything was packaged with excellent care. Easy to assemble.
Cushions are very comfortable, good quality, washable and durable. The fabric is also zippered around the inner cushion so that it can be taken off for easy washing.
Low to ground, but perfect height for me. Seems like it should be pretty durable. Very comfortable. Perfect for a nap.
Great customer service. Good price. Very pleased and would recommend.
Cons
The outdoor furniture is very low/short & the cushions are thin. It is way smaller in person and super uncomfortable. Cushions are awful.

Lots of allen nuts that you have to do by hand as a drill won’t fit into most places
