I have several dresses that have required a strapless bra and to avoid the constant bra slip i would put on those clear plastic bra straps which are miserable

Unlike other stick on bras i have purchased in the past this bra does not have nonadhesive spots for your nipples so it is a bit uncomfortable during removal

To apply these you just peel off the thin plastic covering stick the bra to one side of your breast pull it across and stick it to the side of the other breast

But then i discovered that if you place the bra higher on your breasts like with the bottom part hanging below the bra you can stick the sides of this bra higher up on your chest and actually have lift as well as control
