Pros
I use it for a jacuzzi bathtub that is less than 4 years old and supposedly anti-bacterial.
This chemical really cleans the jets. Comes in a paste version which will give off a slight irritating atmosphere that causes me to cough when jet tub goes through its cycle.
Cons
Filled the tub up and dumped in the entire bottle. Then ran through 1 container of ahh some gel and 1 bottle of liquid ahh some. It didnt fully clean out the tubing and from what i've seen so far, dosent work any better than dishwasher pods.

They were super attentive helpful and precise when we called with questions on how to use the product
Mold or algae was growing within my pipes and i tried to clean it with bleach and mold killer but nothing seemed to work until this product
My next tub will be a deep soaker no jets too much maintenance but until then i will continue to purchase this product

Overall the product was effective and easy to use with simple instructions on the back of the bottle
After using this product there was a lot of black grime in the tub
