Pros
This stuff is truly ahh mazing. Jury is still out, but this product has seemed to have done the trick! And follow directions. Their customer service is excellent as well.
There was no hard to clean scum line on the shell at all. Turn it off, drain, wipe clean, and refill.
Cons
Called nordic my spa manufacturer. They sell ahh. Lowering to one-star. New water this eve and more scum at the waterline.
Used it and got no dirt and very little foam. Granted, it does state that you will need to wipe down the shell because it can leave a residue. I have no way to evaluate whether it removes the biofilm.

You could see large white flecks clogging the drain and filter
I got 2 purges out of the container
Told me to dump more chlorine into the tub

Having to empty and refill the tub after using ahhh was no fun but it did the trick of ridding the system of the over abundance of calcium flakesdeposits

I had drained and cleaned it 4 times using a different product that my swimspa dealer sold and over the course of 4 days each time i filled it back up the gunk returned

Within minutes it had foamed up like a bubble bath and all the gunk came flowing out

I broke my leg back in december and was unable to do much of anything esp going outside to gazebo where my hot tub is and i used ceramic type filters
