No hurtful elastic band underneath and around back no wires soft fit soft builtin cup pad with no slipping around lung surgery twice in 18 years with showoff thoracic surgeons males of course ended cut right on my bra line on side and back have tried about every camisole on the market but would always hurt somewhere keep slipping up or just not fit
