Highly recommend this item. It is what it is. This stuff is amazingly good.
Cons
The sil-glyde is a totally mis-leading name, since the product contains very little silicon. Used it once. Now the interior of my car stinks. It no longer has a thick greasy consistency.

For brakes slides back of pads or anything that has rubber because its based on silicone it wont eat away at rubber orings or anything that has rubber that it touches

I do all my own brake services and you really need to use the lube on the pins and backs of the pads to keep down the squeals and parts from locking up
