The reason for the 4 stars are as follows1st one bulb does not work i have changed it around in different sockets and it is dead there is no damage to it at all it just does not work 2nd the reflector has creases and deformities from handling not shipping as it would have broken the bulbs so to me they have some quality issues

The unit does come with a warranty so we shall see if the bulb is covered not worried about reflector
