Having both a media player and a streaming media player amazon firestick on the one hdmi input requires an hdmi switch

With separate speakers on phono connectors and the firestick with no volume control one also has to break out the audio from hdmi and then attenuate it with a remote volume control

Works great however if youre using it with a device that is cec enabled it seemed to cause it to power on the tv at will
