Pros

The appliance is not noisy. Yes, this machine is a little louder than normal. Comparatively it “makes ice” faster than expected.

As the ice melts it drips back into the resivore to remake ice. Now i have plenty of ice right on the counter, which gives me more space in the freezer, no more messing with trays.

This small compact machine makes 9 bullet cubes under 10 minutes. Once it gets rolling, it can fill up your ice container or bags to store for the next day.

Cons

The faulty one is aglucky! It keeps saying ice is full when it's not. There is no way of fixing it, therefore, i have to purchase another ice maker. It has an internal computer glitch.

Quality control can often be nonexistent with customer care being likewise. This product supposedly comes with a 1 year warranty, and i reached out to the aglucky support to replace/fix this product. The product didn't even last a year.

Either save your money or go with a different brand. I need recommendations of good ice makers if anyone has an idea. I don't recommend this ice maker - it is not worth the price.
