Pros & Cons

The AI used to provide these results are constantly improving. These results might change.

Pros

It's a little absurdist and a touch bizarro. The characters are wonderfully fleshed out. It has the same type of crazy and hillarious situations as the hitchhikers guide to the galaxy by douglas adams.

Heinlein is the book that got me started in sci-fi adventures. It's even good sci-fi, with alien ships and tech and plausible alien creatures, so even if you were totally humor impaired you could enjoy the sci-fi bits.

Cons

Neither tom nor any of the characters who subsequently find out about the aliens are as freaked out as they should be. It's a clever idea, but as with fuzzy nation, it doesn't ever feel like it delivers on the idea at its heart.
