Pros
It is soft and flowing. It has a sheer chiffon outer layer with a white underskirt so it is not too sheer. The skirt is lightweight and very flowy.
The colors are vibrant and bright. The color is so vibrant and and soft. Pair this with a white blouse.
Cons
Lightweight fabric, appear fragile. Very cheaply made. In person it is dull because of the cream color inner liner.
It's longer in the middle than on the sides. Hem is serged with threads loose. Hits awkwardly right above the ankle. The way the band is sewn causes the fabric to pile up and create extra frump around the waist.
The one i recieved is white. The white isn't a true white and looks dingy. Also, i know the design is supposed to look watercolor-ish but it just looks blurry.

The elastic waist is about 3 inches wide and the skirt can easily be rolled up if the skirt is too long
