I ordered the alexpower 10800 mah battery it was an invalid battery according to my phones message so i contacted alexpower and with their absolutely great customer service they quickly sent me another battery it works fine and after charging it it easily lasts over 20 hours of usage time but if you play games heavily that draw the battery a full 8 hours of work time is nothing yes the case is a little bigger but that more than compensated for the power of this battery iam very happy because my lg v20s normal battery would get hot and ive had 2 that actually swelled up and i couldnt close the phones cover all att did was just send me another battery well anyhow guys i am extremely happy with this battery
