The collar is terrible though it is too slippery and it comes unbuckled sometimes

The trainer used the zapper at first then we went to the vibrate and now when the collar goes on and she hears the beep to go for a walk she knows whats in store for her

At all other times we only use vibrate and thats only if the beep doesnt stop them in their tracks it always does after having only one vibration reminder

I knew the collars were charged and the battery was fairly new but could not get them to connect

If the dial for the shock intensity is set to zero 0 you cannot make the initial connection each time you go to use the collars
