My previous tier-1 merv8 is 16x22 but the actual dimensions are 1/2 inch smaller. Reduced thickness from 1 inch to 3/4 to allow for easier fit.

The company has great customer service. Very high quality item.

The filters were not individually sealed in cellophane as customary. There is no way to tell if these are aeroflo, merv 13 filters. Product is not even mirv 13, product is no different than their other filters.

The size of this filter is not as described. The box itself says 23 7/8 x 29 7-8. Beware, the actual size is a half inch shorter in height and width. Ordered 22x24x1 filters, shipped 12x24x4 filters.

They are all bent and crinkled. My feeling is to label and advertise it as 0. Poor and unacceptable product quality overall.
