Pros
My previous tier-1 merv8 is 16x22 but the actual dimensions are 1/2 inch smaller. Reduced thickness from 1 inch to 3/4 to allow for easier fit.
The company has great customer service. Very high quality item.
This is at least the 3rd time ordering this box of ac filters and each time they are delivered timely and damage free. Needed these merv 13 secondary filters to increase the overall capacity for my hvac system.
Cons
The filters were not individually sealed in cellophane as customary. There is no way to tell if these are aeroflo, merv 13 filters. Product is not even mirv 13, product is no different than their other filters.
The measurements are off about 1/4 both in width and in length. Beware, the actual size is a half inch shorter in height and width.

They did not pay attention to sizes of filters and sent half the order a size too small

The filters are not labeled or otherwise identified as being aerostar or merv13 so one just has to take the suppliers word for them being as advertised
