Pros
Great for stretching and laying in. Hope it relieves some tension from my fibromyalgia. Excellent for a workout even without the handles of the parachute-fabric ones.
It comes with step by step instructions on how to tie. Came with directions for installation and pictures of different yoga positions.
Cons
I’m not sure if they had a faulty batch or what but be careful! The gradual color is different from your picture.

Only issue is that one of the locking carabiners doesn’t lock which while it should stay secure it worries me that it will come off and that wouldn’t be good

If you are after something to do climbs this isnt the one as the fabric a bit slippery in comparison to the silks used for climbing

You couldn’t use a figure 8 on this because it’s way too short you really can’t do much except a couple of tricks so if you’re physically fit invest the extra 50 on buying the longer one and if you’re not this is just great

Like i said unfortunately for me i barely got this i’m fit and i already outgrew it on the first day lol also this is good if you have shorter ceilings but if you have a higher ceiling and are physically fit don’t waste your time just don’t
