I don’t know so that’s not ideal but thats the cat’s fussiness and nothing to do with the product
They love it they have fresh water everyday and the machine itself is in very good quality

Super easy to assemble and set up really quiet cant hear the motor at all

Lovely quite quiet but my cats sniffed it and walked away will not use it tried different ways but just look at it have now turned it off

It stopped working but a quick clean of the motor filter and it’s sorted
