Pros
Great for my sore knees, i have two of them and the give me more stability when moving about. Stays in place and stabilizes as advertised. Certainly beats limping your way home.
Fits snugly. The one drawback is that it is small.

Holds my knee very comfortably. Not too tight on your knees, allowing them to breathe. Unlike other knee supporter it stays in its place perfectly.
This brace is a great help for stabilizing my knee while i sleep. The brace also does a lot to alleviate pressure on your patella tendon.
Cons
The thick cushion around the knee cap, causes much more pain. Very uncomfortable to wear. Hot, impossible to adjust for comfort and support.

The middle strap is both comforting and uncomfortable at the same time

It provides a little bit more support while i am wearing the brace while it is just a bit short causing the velcro to rub on my leg

I just wear a compression sleeve underneath the brace to fix this problem
