The bad only the usb c cable provides constant connection the other variant kept dropping the connection

I left it connected almost continuously on for 5 days it worked well didnt fail or lose connection

I saw a review on youtube explaining computers about using this enclosure for a raspberry pi 4 and as i had a kingston m2 sata ssd i bought it dropped the drive into it using the supplied wee philips screwdriver and had the drive plugged into a windows 10 machine where it was recognized immediately
