Simple string device is easy to use and well worth the purchase price. An outstanding way to train your eye focus. Such a simple product with big payoff.
The object is to converge your eyes on one bead, then another. The square shape is very similar to my glock factory sights.
Cons

In this case the target is a bead on the string itself and altogether there are six beads on that string

Each bead is a different distance and once youve gone through with exercising your eyesight to accomodate different targets at differing distances you then can apply your wellmuscled eyes to acquire targets much faster smoother more efficiently

When awakening it is a simply matter of reaching for the string sighting down at the target beads acquire the target visually then work my eyes to other objects in the room and so on and so forth

Brock strings usually use colored beads so this one is arguably targeted more for gunsites

I am right eye dominant however a couple of weeks using the focus string i can shoot with both eyes open
