Pros
The holster fits the samsung galaxy 10+ very well. It is not bulky which is the primary reason i wanted it. It acts like a holder (like pop socket or ring) for me when taking selfies.

Bought this product 2. It has be shipped to me twice. Customer support isn't good as i've emailed them a few times and only get back one automated response, even though this was supposed to be under warrantee.

My first case broke when it got caught in my car seatbelt but it is still a nice product
Packaging/appearance
Very nice and holds the phone very securely when slid into the holster
Would have given 5 stars but it is very easy to catch a shirt or sweater in the holster

I dont use the holster just the case which i keep in a horizontal pouch on my belt

As with any plastic belt clip it will break if abused hard enough

They seem to last about a year before the belt clip attachment fails in some way

They provide great protection for the phone but since they sacrifice themselves to protect the phone a person may only get a year or so of hard use from them before they start to crack and fail
