Pros
Soft, pliable, and very comfortable for him. Easy to attach with velcro tabs at neck. Handy pocket at bottom helps catch food scraps.
Catch all pocket on the bottom works well to stop food and liquids from spilling onto clothing. Protects completely the shirt covered.
Cons
The one they shipped to us is not waterproof. This is an issue when you have a dementia suffering adult who has secretion issues. The neck is not adjustable. I suggest you try ones that are waterproof.
