Slow 'n sear kamado is the most verstile cooker i've ever owned. Less smoke flavor than other types of smokers. Great for grilling and bbq.

Its not a kamado joe big joe by any means but its only 2 inches smaller so its still the perfect size for a big family

The only things i wish this had were a piston driven hinge like the joe classic ii and iii a pizza oven accessory for easy access and a multiple piece firebox in case the ceramic cracks youd only need to buy a new piece not entirely new firebox

You can keep the food close to the coals and they wont burn because the heat is travelling the only way it can go up and around and by the time it gets around it isnt hot enough to sear your food
