Midworkout its frustrating to align the screw with the sithole so its really an necessary product weakness

Bench is quick and easy to assemble in about 15 to 20min quality is good for the price point seems sturdy enough so far though i dont lift that heavy so including my own body weight im putting max 250lbs total weight on the bench

Mine came slightly wobbly with one of the bench legs but it was easily fixed by putting a piece of cardboard under one leg to even it out

If you want a lightweight bench that can be moved around for storage this bench works really well look elsewhere if you are needing something closer to a heavy gym quality bench but of course that will come with a higher price tag

There is a missing piece to adjust the position suppose to be two its only one
