Pros
Pleasantly surprised. Mine has some minor rubbing on the finish but nothing major.
The adjustable height of the ball allows us to move the splitter without collapsing the jack on thesplitter. I also like the feature where the ball screws in and you can put a 2in in the spot as long as the shaft is the same diameter.
The only downside is the brace that supports the dolly when not in use is a bit too long/big. The dolly is well constructed and it moves the beast log splitter over bark and debris with little effort.
Cons
When i found a wheel with right axle diameter then the wheel width is shorter then axle mount width. It is now december 1 without a tire in sight despite periodic assurances by tow tuff that one would be provided.
The ball of this dolly is not easily replaceable. The triangular bracket for the small back wheel is not strong enough to handle stress when turning the dolly. Much too lightweight for our use.

This trailer dolly is great for the price
Well worth the money and saved myself the headache of trying to get the boat in an oddball location with my truck
Would be better with inflatable tires but at this price i cant complain

Packaging/appearance
Cardboard box with a wooden insert to protect everything
I actually just looked at the picture on the box and figured it out
I threw them away and used the picture on the box and had it assembled in about 10 min
The only thing i will say as a warning is that it did arrive in damaged packaging but all parts were there
