Pros
Just as advertised. No complaint. They back their product 100%. You won't be disappointed. That is greatly appreciated.
Both items are durable, easy to install and value for the price. It’s sturdy and looks great. The shine and lack of imperfections shows that they know what they are doing.
It doesn't extend but by positioning it vertically, horizontally or on an angle, allows different heights. Now shower head is easily reachable to my wife.
This makes showering easy for me. Easy install, comes with teflon tape. Easy to install, steady and elegant. Was very easy to install.
Cons
It has only 2 complete threads for shower head, so with a gasket. Completely useless. Would not tighten up right out of the box. A little more expensive, but no leaks like this poorly-designed item.

I installed a diverter for a hand shower but couldnt reach the lever because my shower head is over 6 feet high and im 4 ft 11 inches

Also my water pressure isnt good so by the time the water reached me it fanned out so wide that it had almost no pressure

My moms shower in her apartment was installed so high up she could never easily reach to adjust the head
