It takes a bit of ingenuity to determine how to use it, since instructions aren't included. The mandoline is fantastic. Would recommend to anyone.
Wear the glove. Easy to use and the blade is very very very sharp.
The old one could be simply rinsed under the faucet, stuck in the dishwasher, and be ready to go. It cleans easily and i like the way it fits together for easy storage.
