You have to adjust kids torso so that head does come out

I actually purchased this one and another called napup the napup is terrible it didnt do its job at all and my 4 year old sol found super uncomfortable

It hold his head upright and doesnt bounce around or fall and it stays secure and does not come un velcroed at all
