Pros
No more tinny/metallic coffee. Keeps the coffee warmer than the original plastic cup. Metal interior keeps the coffee hotter.
The grip band is made from silicone and is textured. Lid is easy to clean. Very well insulated.
Mugs are leak proof to the point where you can drink freely but i wouldn't suggest knocking it over or flipping it upside down like a dairy queen blizzard. It fits in my keurig perfectly.
Cons
The design has no lip, so your teeth end up against the steel part when drinking. It can't be used in a microwave to reheat your coffee.
Blue mug is smaller than the red one that came with the coffeemaker. Media could not be loaded. Most importantly it is not the same size.

The mug itself is great but i ordered the blue mug and as you can see i received a red mug

They offered to make it right but i decided to keep the red mug it is a very nice red color
