Pros

The travel mug keeps the beverage super hot for at least an hour. Has full flavor taste of an more expensive coffee maker.

Just plug it in and push the power on button. It's small and compact.

Cons

Only about 1/2 of the water in the reservoir makes coffee. Condensation from the lid falls back into the reservoir when the lid is opened. That breaks the point of a stainless steel cup if the inner isn't stainless steel.

Buyers, you have been warned. What a disappointment and waste of money. Who has the time or patience for that? Very dissatisfied and in the process of returning.

The filter is also very cheap. Only part removable is the filter and filter basket. Go for one with external refill tank.

Instead of going downstairs in the morning for an $11 cup of coffee or tea this worked great.

I highly recommend if you're looking for a less expensive way to have a low-mess, brewed coffee every day!
