Pros

Quick service and great responds from the seller. Fast shipping. But we suggest to adiroffice that they ship all the hardware in a plastic bag.

Ease of use is 10/10. This is keypad operated and also has a key in case you ever forget the code. Setting the combination on the digital pad was very easy. Functions work reliably.

It's very sturdy and can be bolted to the floor or wall. Its easy to pick up and walk off with so you gotta bolt it down.

I like that it looks like a real safe and will stop 99% of thieves in their tracks. The safe was delivered in a timely manner and installation directions were clear.

Cons

The phone is a continual ring, there is no voice mail. The keypad just keeps flickering in and out. Flimsy and loose plastic knob for opening and closing the safe.
