Pros & Cons
Pros
Round kick; pivoting is not as easy as bare feet, but better than cross traing/running shoes. A thin gel-pad for cushioning is important if you’re going to be doing long workouts on a hard floor. You can also use a mat to help with pivoting.
Cons
This item is not authentic. The soles have holes and the sides are falling apart.
