It is breathable but the material pilled after just one wash so that part was disappointing

Maybe try handwashing or washing on the delicate cycle and then air dry

The only problem i had was since we have a darkcolored mattress and this is made from pretty thin muslin you could see the dark color of the mattress and it didnt look nice at all

Wasnt expecting the sheet to be so muslin thought it would be more like a brushed cotton sheets like normal sheets

One thing i must note is that the sheet after one night sleeping on it does relax a bit and so doesnt stay perfectly snug
