I had it working ok for 3 years now just read the manual so you understand how it works some people here had trouble using the mechanical emergency key because they were thinking how it works wrong

Con when installing it was too tall to be on the lower hole of a doorway made with holes for a door handle and deadbolt

No keys need to be made and they cant make copies either advise for youmake a list of people that are added to the door and keep it
