Pros
The ozone generation is part of how it can sanitize areas or enclosed spaces. It's designed to be turned on and left in a certain area to disinfect that area not to be held while disinfecting things.
Cons
Both devices come with damaged charger cables. Huge bummer. It generates a little ozone but does not hold charge for very long.

I purchased a quantadoes uvc test card to test this light out after testing a 90 minute exposure of a slightlygreen banana was barely noticeable

The light did activate the uvc portion of the card within about 6 inches distance

To be fair most uvc banana tests i found online were done with greener bananas than i used for my test

I just think the light may only be effective within a few inches since it doesn’t light up the uvc card test beyond 12 inches or so

Btw the uvc indicator on the card i purchased lights up just the same when the lamp is on in a totally dark room or a well lit room so i would argue that this lamp is not more effective in a dark room

I have no way of knowing if its disinfecting bc i have no interest in swabbing and culturing afterwards

Time of disinfection is largely dependent on distance from uvc ray contact

The foyer away from the light the longer the light needs to be on to effectively disinfect
