Occasionally when i first turn on the tv i get the blue setup screen for an extended period of time before the picture appears

Most of the time the blue screen disappears after about 2 seconds

It got pretty bad on one day in particular but after i rebooted the transmitter box it seemed to stop happening

Remember they will not work to relay video from a smart tv to another one
