Pros

Only concern is that the 48 volts version is overpowered for the trike. Break down the tire from the old rim. Trust good bolts and lock washers. Otherwise add slime extra thick tubes from here.

Sealed lead acid (sla) are a form of car battery tech that never needs to see water added over it's life. High amps last longer and keeps voltage high under load.

It's more flexible and yellowsin the sun, fast. It does a steady 25mph at full charge.

This isn't one of those i think it's helping make peddling a little bit easier. The like hood of getting a flat when the road is filled withtree bark is well. Overall, an amazing product for the price.

Cons

There was no connector for the battery to be plugged into the charger. No center pull brakes.

I went with the recommended ub12120 12ah 2 pack since this wheel kit comes with the charger for that type of battery

For the same reason the batteries are one with the bagwith both goop and silicon

As far as quality goes well i had a speedometerodometer installed from the time of the kit installation
