One day that one just quit working

Having read that others had the same issue i tried unplugging and restarting cycling through all the modes troubleshooting according to the manual you name it over the course of a week to get it working

So i contacted customer service and as it was still within the warranty period they sent us a brand new one

I did a research on amazon and most of the cheaper alternatives had plenty of fake reviews
