Pros

Tree sap removed from my mustang cloth seat. No residue or fading on car carpet mats. Great for keeping up with upholstery stains without dealing with soaps, scrubbing and rinses. Works on any stain on the carpet.

I believe the product does precisely what was advertised. Works well.

Received my bottle in good condition; no cracks or anything. Will use again. Would purchase again and recommend. No issues here.

Sprayed it lightly then used a microfiber rag to scrub it. Followed the instructions on the bottle, literally doused the stained areas, then scrubbed and wiped dry.

Cons

Don't waste your money. Do not recommend will never ever buy again.
